The Floyd County Friends
Unity Center's basic rental rates include electricity (limited to outlet
availability), lights, water, public address system, tables, chairs & stage
(limited to size owned). In any event a band, or any user of the facility
requires electrical power other than that which is available using regular
electrical outlets or source, a licensed electrician will be required. It
will be the responsibility of the leasing party to secure the services of an
electrician & pay for these services.
When renting Mayer Arena
or the City Bank Building by the hour, charges will be rounded to the
nearest quarter hour. Other fees listed are specified day rates. Estimate
anticipated attendance. Rates may be adjusted if more attend than
anticipated and deducted from the deposit.

Rates
include the use of the concession stand.
Floyd County 4-H Club will be
assessed a $25.00 monthly fee as long as the organization continues to help
with the Gala and participates in one cleaning/workday a year at the Unity
Center. The club can schedule 3 events weekly and special negotiations can
be made if needed more than 3 times weekly.
Deposits - Time contract signed
Set up should not exceed actual days
of events without approval of Board of Directors.
